Founded by Kathy Krisher, Strategic Focus is a management consulting firm located in Hartville, Ohio. Strategic Focus is based on a foundation of continuous improvement and services clients in training, process improvement, and activity based costing projects.

Training Workshops

We use our expertise in mapping, process analysis and group facilitation to optimize your capabilities and operations. We delight in designing and providing training workshops to educate and focus people based on the strategic vision of your organization. Training workshops are custom-tailored to meet your needs.

Process Improvement Training

Recent projects include Activity Based Costing, process improvement, and training workshops in both public and private sector, such as the US Army, service, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Krisher, CPA, is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Canton Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters International. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Lake Township and Northeast Ohio American Society of Training and Development (NEOASTD).
